3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or other available online payment methods provided at checkout.

  • Ladiez Collection reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via reliable courier partners.

  • Ready-to-Wear / Stitched Items: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Pre-booking / Unstitched Collections: For new collection launches (especially during the start of the Summer Season), delivery time may range from 10 to 15 working days, depending on stock availability and processing.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges, and our credit voucher system. Products must meet our specific return conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags) to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
