EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At Ladiez Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers across Pakistan.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags intact.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase—either the order confirmation email or order number—is required to process any request.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Fragrances and Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene reasons.

  • If you receive a defected, incorrect, or wrong-sized article, you must provide photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery.

EXCHANGES

ONLINE EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. An exchange request can be initiated via email at muhammadrehan90mr@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Once the request is approved and the product condition is verified, Ladiez Collection will coordinate the exchange process.

  4. If the requested replacement item is out of stock (common during high-demand Summer Collections), customers will be issued a store credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable at ladiezcollection.store.

  5. The exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days.

RETURNS

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.

  1. Initiate a return request via muhammadrehan90mr@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect/damage must be provided.

  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  4. Once the product is received back at our warehouse and verified, a credit voucher of the equivalent value will be issued.

  5. This voucher is redeemable online only at ladiezcollection.store.

REFUND POLICY

  • Cash Refunds: Please note that Ladiez Collection does not offer cash refunds.

  • Credit Vouchers: In cases where an exchange is not possible or a return is validated, we issue a refund in the form of a Digital Credit Voucher.

  • This voucher can be used for any future purchase on our website and does not have an expiration date, allowing you to shop from our future seasonal arrivals.
