  • Pre-Booking Collections (New Arrivals & Special Launches): For our exclusive Pre-Booking items (often featured at the start of the Summer or Festive seasons), the delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 working days. This extended period allows us to ensure the highest quality of stitching and fabric processing before dispatch.

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to a confirmation call or SMS from our team. Your delivery timeline starts once the order is confirmed.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
